Final Paper Preparation
In order to successfully present a paper at our conference the author and presenter should:
- register and pay for the conference attendance,
- early reserve a hotel room,
- prepare the final version of the paper,
- upload the CV of the paper presenter to EDAS,
- upload the paper through IEEE Conference eXpress,
- consider the instructions for the presentation.
The papers are published in the conference proceedings distributed on CD at the conference. In addition, they are published by IEEE Press and made available through IEEE Xplore.
The publication of an accepted paper requires the registration and payment of at least one author before February 29, 2008.
Thoroughly read the reviews and improve the paper according to them.
Submitted papers must not be longer than 8 pages. The layout of the papers must comply with the IEEE Xplore standards.
The following templates may be used:
- Microsoft Word template;
- New LaTeX2e style file (Be sure to use \documentclass[conference]{IEEEtran} to obtain 10 pt output).
The presenter of the paper is required to assign the Presenter field and upload the CV in EDAS.
All papers must be submitted electronically through IEEE Conference eXpress webpage. Do not use EDAS to upload the final version of the manuscript.
First, you have to register to the IEEE Conference eXpress system with your email used when paper was submitted for review. You will need a conference ID "ngi2008".
After the registration, you can upload your paper. You will need its EDAS number and the registration number. You will be sent conference registration number when you are registered, all your fees are paid and the name of the presenter is uploaded to EDAS.
Simultaneously with the upload of your paper you should fill in the IEEE Copyright form. It is also possible through IEEE Conference eXpress system.
IEEE Conference eXpress webpage is open until February 29, 2008.
All presenters have up to 15 minutes for their presentation and discussion of the paper during the session
